How We Do It
Our architects and engineers utilize a simple, iterative approach to deliver solutions that contain costs, exceed expectations, and create long-term value. Our agile approach utilizes the idea of a POD or small team tasked with implementing solutions using a standard toolkit of technologies. Similar to a scrum team, they iterate in sprints to deliver incremental value and typically will output usable features that will be demo'd frequently.
